At Efficient Hygiene Services, we have a great range of HEPA air scrubbers available for hire that use professional-grade HEPA air filters. Air scrubbers are air cleaner machines that help filtrate the air through primary and secondary filters. They can be considered commercial indoor air filters. Our HEPA filter air scrubbers range from 500cfm (cubic feet per minute) all the way to 2000cfm.

The HEPA air filters provided are either primary or secondary. Secondary filters are called pre-filters and are more replaceable, taking the grunt of the filtration process.

HEPA Air Scrubber hire
An air scrubber removes contaminants in the air. It works by drawing air through a series of filters where the air contaminants will be deposited. Clean purifier air will be released out the other side.
This HEPA air scrubber is a proven design that has been used in Australia for over 20 years by professional contractors, businesses and homeowners alike. It is the standard for HEPA filtration today. While there are several other units on the market today, this is the unit that has been proven to provide true high-quality HEPA Rated filtration. The filter media made for these units are used by professional ISO standard organisations throughout Australia.
There are 2 filters inside this unit. The first is the HEPA pre-filter. The pre-filter is designed to catch large particles before they run through the main HEPA primary filter. If the HEPA pre-filter is not used, the HEPA primary will get clogged up and get destroyed very quickly. Please ensure that the pre-filter is never removed throughout the duration of the hire.
The HEPA primary filter is the main filter that will be removing the extremely small particles (mould spores, etc.). It is placed well inside the unit and sealed to the sides so no contamination can leak past.
Another filter that you may need is an activated carbon filter. This unit is placed between the pre-filter and the HEPA primary. It is used for removing gases (VOC’s), smoke and other odours. This is particularly effective for odour removal.

AIR Scrubber Rental – 1000CFM Air scrubber Units
Our 1000 CFM HEPA air filter air scrubbers are one of the most popular air cleaners / air purifiers we have for hire. It has a 3 stage filtration system. There are 2 x pre filters applied to the top of the unit and there is 1 x primary HEPA filter cartridge inside the unit. The pre-filters are designed to catch the large dust particles before the air progresses to the HEPA primary filter where it will filter out particles down to 0.3 microns. These HEPA filters can capture particles such as pollen, mould, silica dust, saw dust, soot particles and much more.
The main advantage of this air scrubber is that it has a high CFM with a relatively low footprint and is also very quiet. It makes this unit very suitable for tight spaces or in an office where people are working. This carries nearly double the air volume delivery than its 500CFM counterpart, making it a cost effective and convenient solution to cleaning air in larger areas.
Please note, you will need to purchase a pre-filter ($30) for every week of hire. You will need to replace them at the end of every week or you will risk damage to the HEPA primary filter. Additionally, you may need a UTE or truck to pick these units up in, as the size may make it unsuitable to fit in the trunk of an SUV. Delivery, pickup and installation services are available.

HEPA Air Filter Air Scrubbers for Mould
Mould is everywhere. In fact, experts know that normal mould ecology levels are a part of most environments. However, when these mould ecology levels are presented with food, water and oxygen, these mould levels can spike causing health problems for nearby occupants. Mould remediation specialists come in not only to remove the source of moisture and physically remove the mould from surfaces, but also remove mould spores from the air. Using an air scrubber is an effective way of removing mould spores from the air by using its 2 stage HEPA filtration. By in-taking air, the mould ridden air is pushed through 2 stages of HEPA filtration, capturing it spores in the filter. The rest of the air is pushed out of the unit clean. Continuous use over a period of time will ensure the air in the room is exchanged multiple times, thoroughly cleaning the air of contaminants.
This HEPA unit provides a higher CFM than other models, making it great for commercial environments with larger spaces. Use less units for the same amount of total CFM.

HEPA Air Scrubber Hire – 2000 CFM
The 2000 CFM HEPA air scrubber units are our largest air scrubbers we have on offer for hire. Every model in this range that we hire out have castors wheels for ease of portability, and can be carried by two people with useful handles. They weight approximately 60kg and it is recommended that it be lifted by two people, and transported by vehicles big enough to carry them, such as a ute, truck or trailer.
This unit can filter contaminates up to 0.3 microns which include some mould spores and fine soot particles. It can also be effective at removing smoke odour through the use of a carbon filter attachment which can be bought at Agile equipment. This HEPA filtration unit is able to filter up to 99.97% of particulates and covers an airflow of 2000 CFM on high and 1000 CFM on low. In terms of area, this unit is suitable for construction sites and large work areas. These units run on approximately 8 amps, on 230 volts. These units are designed for commercial use and have strong chassis that can withstand force, making them tough enough for places such as worksites, mines, construction, sheds, etc.
